     Bear Robotics was founded in 2017 with a mission of applying robotics and AI to foodservice, and help change the daily workflow of millions of foodservice employees. Our team is pioneering an unknown territory in this industry of developing a consumer-facing autonomous driving robot, productizing and operationalizing it.  Our core product is Penny, a self-driving robot for front-of-house food service that runs food, drinks, and busses dishes.      Our business operations team has the philosophy of hiring smart generalists, and are open to putting people in different tasks across marketing, data analytics, and customer success. We are looking for an exceptional analyst who can go above and beyond to work on an array of business initiatives as our company grows. This role will work closely with the Director of Business Operations and start owning projects to work cross-functionally and with external resources to drive business impact.  You will quickly learn various business skills and critical thinking abilities to grow fast and prime yourself as a business leader.


  • Work on day-to-day marketing activities to play a pivotal role in branding Bear Robotics, increase awareness, and generate prospective leads from the market. This includes ground-level activities (e.g., newsletters, social media outreach, trade-show preparation) and strategic initiatives like escalating Bear Robotics as the go-to robotics company in many of the verticals we intend to lead . This involves collaboration with business leaders, a Creative Lead, and external resources such as exhibition production vendors.


  • Support robot data analytics and collection activities to help make data-driven decisions, including measuring KPIs, conducting user interviews and surveys, and analyzing operation journals to identify critical insights for engineers, field operations, and sales teams.


  • Work on projects with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to make decisions on topics including: forecasting, customer interviews/surveys, pricing strategy, project management, etc.


Ideal Background

  • BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or other related fields

  • 1+ years experience in marketing/PR, management consulting, finance, or operations

  • Effective writing skills both for marketing content and internal communications

  • General curiosity, working with ambiguity, and strong ownership to help Bear Robotics grow to a multi-billion dollar company!

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to drive sound decision making

  • Experience with SQL/Excel analysis

  • Strong organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail
