Deployment and Mapping

Every restaurant, hotel, senior living facility, or entertainment venue is different. This is why we designed our deployment process to adapt to your unique service environment with custom mapping and workflow integration. This means we will always send one of our expert field operators to unbox and initiate all your Servi devices. In our initial integration process, we will map your floorplan including all pathways, corridors, service stops, and terminals to determine the best workflow for your business.

In-Person Training and Employee Integration

We will also conduct in-person training and employee integration sessions to familiarize your management and team members with all the features and benefits of Servi. Here, we’ll cover food running, drink delivery, table bussing, and other features such as Auto Return or Multi-Robot Mode if you have more than one Servi. After we have a chance to demonstrate all the applications and take Servi for a few spins, we’ll fine-tune all service and performance points to ensure your robot is ready to roll with absolute accuracy.
