  • We get that sometimes you have to take a test drive to take the leap. This is why we offer 28-day demo subscriptions for just a small installation fee.

  • Of course. Our field operations team will be onsite for installation and training to ensure you are set up for success.

  • The installation process depends on the size of the space and how many robots you’re deploying. Usually just a couple of hours, though the Bear Robotics Field Engineers team will stick with you, spending several serving periods to make sure the workflow process is stable and your servers are 100% satisfied.

  • To provide mapping, analytics, and instant feedback, Servi requires a high-speed internet connection. Not to worry – our field ops team will evaluate network quality during deployment and provide a standalone network if needed.

    *Servi Q is currently available in the U.S. and Korea only.

  • Servi's average battery life is between 8 and 12 hours, and takes 4 -5 hours to fully recharge. Servi is also capable of quick charging for 1-2 hours during downtime for another 4-6 hours of operation!

    *Actual operation duration of Servi will depend on usage.

  • Yes, and just about everything else!

  • Yes, Servi and Servi Plus are spill-proof and water-resistant – it’s actually the only robot of its kind with certification from the NSF for sanitation because of this.

  • Servi and Servi Plus are certified by the NSF for local health and compliance codes.

  • Unfortunately, Servi is not currently operable outdoors. When we make updates for outdoor service, we will let you know!
