Origin Story

Built from real operational pain, not the lab.

Google engineer John Ha was running a restaurant in Silicon Valley when he saw the labor shortages and operational bottlenecks up close. So he and the team built the fix on-site, testing the first prototype on the restaurant floor in 2016. Bear Robotics was founded in 2017. Today, Bear robots run at more than 5,000 sites.
