Bear Robotics Unveils Full Hospitality Ecosystem at National Restaurant Association Show 2026
Bear Robotics, a global leader in service robotics and physical AI, today announced its most ambitious exhibition to date at the National Restaurant Association Show 2026 at McCormick Place — spanning front-of-house service and facility maintenance under one roof.
The Future of Hospitality. Powered by Bear Robotics.
At the center of the exhibition is the expanded Servi lineup, built to address the industry's most pressing labor challenges. The flagship Servi Plus leads the fleet: engineered with best-in-class navigation and an 88 lb payload capacity, it remains the industry standard for high-volume food running and bussing. Joining it is a brand-new addition to the Servi family, set to be officially revealed at Booth #6217 on May 16 — Bear Robotics' most anticipated product reveal yet.
Beyond Serving
Bear Robotics is also debuting its commercial cleaning robot line — a suite of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) built to meet the sanitation demands of modern hospitality venues. The line covers automated sweeping and vacuuming across carpets and hard floors, as well as specialized mopping and scrubbing for surfaces including marble, tile, and vinyl. A unified smart dashboard lets operators schedule and program complex cleaning protocols with ease, keeping facilities guest-ready around the clock.
A Strategic Partnership with SoftBank Robotics
Bear Robotics is proud to showcase its ongoing strategic collaboration with SoftBank Robotics at this year's show — a partnership uniting two physical AI leaders around a shared vision: intelligent robotics that transforms the full hospitality environment.
"The 2026 National Restaurant Association Show marks a turning point for Bear Robotics," said John Ha, CEO of Bear Robotics. "We are moving beyond simple delivery. From our diverse Servi line, and our new cleaning and cooking verticals, we are building a holistic ecosystem that empowers human staff to focus on the guest experience."
