To ensure proper use, please read the instructions below.

Warning

[Warning]

A warning indicates a possible risk that may lead to death or severe injury.

| Power Supply

Make sure you take all necessary safety measures to prevent the risk of electric shock or fire.

  • Protection of the power cord: Be careful not to damage the power cord. A damaged power cord may cause a fire or electric shock.

  • Precautions on using a plug: Do not forcefully pull out or insert the power plug with wet hands or grab the power cord excessively.

  • Prohibited use of damaged electrical parts: Do not use a damaged power plug, power cord, or loose outlet.

  • Prevention of overloading: Do not plug multiple electrical devices into one outlet at the same time.

  • Power and voltage check: Be sure to check the rated power and voltage and use the appropriate power source.

  • Precautions on conductors: Do not insert conductive objects such as chopsticks or nails into the outlet holes with the power connected.

  • Precautions on plug pins: Do not touch the pins of the plug directly after removing it from the outlet.

  • Keep the equipment clean: Any foreign matter on the pins, contact area of the power plug, or charging terminal should be cleaned thoroughly with a dry cloth.

| Usage

  • Precautions on user environment: Avoid using the robot in areas with direct sunlight or near heat sources, where flammable gas leaks, or where there is a lot of industrial oil or metallic dust.

  • Keep the equipment clean: Inspect the wheels and auxiliary wheel drive unit for dust or foreign substances. Keep the camera and LiDAR sensor clean. It can cause a malfunction.

  • Protection of the robot: Take care to prevent the robot from being exposed to moisture or getting wet. In addition, do not use the product near high-voltage appliances.

  • Precautions when using the robot: Do not get in the way of the robot's path while it is moving. When the robot is moving, do not push or forcibly move the robot by holding the tray.

  • Protection of children: Do not place this robot anywhere where there are young children. Please exercise caution when determining its purpose and use.

  • Product handling precautions: Avoid lifting the robot, leaning on the shelf, and strongly impacting it. Take care not to allow anyone to ride or hang on it as this is not a boarding robot.

  • Measures against malfunction: If the robot malfunctions or produces strange noises, smells, or smoke, stop the robot immediately using the E-stop button and contact customer service for assistance.

| Charging/Battery

[Warning]

Do not use the wired and wireless cables at the same time.

[Wired Charging]

  • Charge the robot using the charging adapter provided as a component. Connect the charging cable adaptor in the specified order. Failing to do so may result in damage to the robot or its battery.

  • Unplug the charging adapter when not using it for an extended period of time.

  • After removing the charging adapter from the robot, be sure to close the charging cover. Leaving it open may allow foreign objects to enter. Otherwise, a failure or a fire can occur.

  • Do not charge the robot in areas where water is present. Otherwise, a failure or a fire can occur.

[Contact Charging]

  • Make sure there is sufficient room to install the charger. When docking for wireless charging, maintain a safe distance from people and objects to prevent jamming accidents.

  • To activate contact charging, turn on the robot. To ensure safety, the charging terminal is deactivated while the robot is turned off.

  • Be careful not to get the charging terminals of the charger and the robot contaminated. Except during charging and right after charging, unplug the device and wipe it off with a dry cloth.

  • When charging, avoid touching the charging terminal.

  • When the robot has fully discharged, recharge it using the charging cable included.

Cautions

[Caution]

Caution indicates a risk that may lead to injuries or property damages.

| Usage

  • Please avoid using the robot in places with excessively high or low temperatures.

  • Remove any wires, liquids, debris, or other foreign objects from the floor before using the robot.

  • Do not cover the robot's sensors with stickers or other foreign objects.

  • The robot is intended only for use indoors. Do not use the robot outdoors or beyond the designated operating range.

  • Remove any obstacles from the robot's path and its standby area.

  • Do not push or move the robot by holding its tray while it is moving.

  • During peak times, monitor robot behaviors and manually stop it if there is a risk of collision.

  • Do not use the robot in areas with strong indoor lighting or direct reflections of light. Doing so can affect its perception of the environment, leading to unexpected circumstances.

  • Do not install, modify, disassemble, or repair the robot arbitrarily. For installation or repair, please contact customer service.

  • Do not use the robot in places with magnetic fields or electromagnetic interference.

  • If any liquids, such as water or beverages, enter the robot, turn off it immediately and contact our customer center.

  • Do not change the preset speed during installation. Doing so can cause a risk of collision.

  • Do not place items on the robot tray that exceed its size or load capacity.

  • Pick up the loaded items only after the robot stops at the destination.

  • Be careful not to get your foot or small objects caught in the robot's bottom drive unit while it is moving or rotating.

  • Do not turn off the robot's volume completely. If you do not hear the sound of its movement or guidance, it can cause a risk of collision.

  • Do not scratch or press the touch screen with sharp objects.

  • Be careful that conductive materials do not touch the touch screen.

  • If the robot malfunctions or the screen becomes unresponsive, press the E-stop button on the back bottom to stop it.

| Charging/Battery

  • Battery maintenance: Make sure the robot’s battery doesn’t run out completely by charging it on time. If you leave a discharged robot for an extended period of time, the battery's lifespan might degrade or the robot might malfunction.

  • Checking battery life: If the battery lasts shorter than usual, inquire at the customer support center. Do not disassemble the battery pack or modify or alter the internal parts.

  • Do not connect cables or metallic objects to the robot's charging terminal as this might cause a short-circuit. It may lead to robot malfunction.

  • Make sure to switch off the robot's power and keep it in a secure location if you are not using it for an extended period of time.

  • When you store the robot for an extended period of time, charge it from time to time to prevent its battery from running out completely.

| Precautions on Cleaning

  • Do not use alcohol, acidic solutions, or detergents that contain harsh chemicals to clean the robot.

  • Wipe the robot's surface with a dry or soft cloth if there are any foreign substances on top of the robot or on the LiDAR sensor or camera sensor.

  • Make sure to switch off the power of the robot when cleaning or during maintenance.
